About the university
Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture - DonNACEA (former Makiyivka Civil Engineering Institute) in 1972 prepares highly qualified engineers. The high level of educational and research activities allowed DonNACEA achieve recognition not only in Ukraine but also abroad. In connection with armed conflict and fighting in the city. Currently DonNACEA in Kramatorsk has its own school building and dormitory for students and renting classrooms in Donbass State Engineering Academy. The Academy has about 150 employees, of which 110 belong to the category of teaching staff and has about 1,000 students (the last number is growing rapidly).
