Odesa Regional Institute of Public Administration

Formation of continuous professional training of civil servants has become imperative and an important factor in strengthening statehood and the formation of socially-oriented market economy. The central location and the leading role in the structure of the education system for training, retraining and advanced training of civil servants belonging to the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine and its regional institutions. Training of highly qualified personnel in management, administration and project management, which is implemented by Odessa Regional Institute of Public Administration, has become a major contribution to the formation of a new corps personnel for public service and in business activities. President of Ukraine Decree №824 of 11 September 1995 was created the Odessa branch of the Ukrainian Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine that Ukraine Presidential Decree №850 / 2001 of 21 September 2001 renamed Odessa Regional Institute of Public Administration, which serves as the autonomous institution of higher education IV level of accreditation. Scope Odessa Regional Institute of Public Administration extended to the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Vinnytsia, Mykolayiv, Odesa, Kherson regions and Sevastopol. In southern Ukraine since 1998, first in the southern region of Ukraine, the Institute provides training management program Master of Public Administration with specialization "health management" 2004 - "management culture".
