About the university
Higher education institution "Eastern European Slavic University" was created in August 2012 at the reorganized Transcarpathian branch of the Kyiv Slavonic University (2000-2012 gg.). Features Yevrokarpatskoho region's geopolitical location of Transcarpathian region, compact accommodation Transcarpathia representatives of over a hundred nationalities including Slovaks, Czechs, Russians, Belarusians, Bulgarians, Poles and people of other Slavic nations, their desire to learn their native language along with Ukrainian state, to weave the territory of our country of different cultures and languages led to the need for such activities is a higher education institution. Because it was the main purpose of attracting young people to the history, culture, language, traditions and customs of the Slavic peoples, education and acquiring younger generation of social experience, inheritance and increase spiritual heritage of their people, to achieve high culture of international relations, the formation of students, regardless of national identity as citizens of the Ukrainian state. The highlight of the university is advancing time and fill unoccupied niche in the educational market edge, as evidenced by training in the field of customs, tourism industry, municipal, environmental and sports management, management of security activity, international relations and psychology, economic and philology. Every university wants to create its own unique image. There are many factors that shape this uniqueness and originality. For young people Transcarpathia need for obtaining the above specialties conditioned oriented society to European values and integration processes associated with the Slavic world economic and spiritual spheres. In order to expand scientific, cultural and sporting ties with foreign countries students' university signed a long-term cooperation agreements with many foreign universities, in which for the second year has been successful for the program "Erasmus +" for the exchange of students and teachers in the educational process.
