About the university
Since winning in August 1991 sovereignty starts building security Ukraine - one of the most important institutions of the national state. September 20, 1991 established the National Security Service of Ukraine (SNBU). March 25, 1992 the Parliament of Ukraine adopted the Law "On the Security Service of Ukraine", which initiated the creation of the legal framework of law enforcement special purpose. For the foundation of national security services was crucial formation of the staff corps, which combined commitment to the Ukrainian people, the interests of the young state of high professionalism and sense of justice.
