About the university
In 1929 in Kharkov was created evening university union, on which in 1930 was established nationwide high school trade union movement (during the German-Soviet war temporarily ceased operations). In the 1944-1956 biennium. - Kharkov school trade union movement, which was reorganized into the Republican union rates. From 1960 he worked in the training courses and advisory point-Union school trade union movement, on which in 1972 was created VSHPR Kharkiv Branch (1972-1995 gg.). On the basis of branches in 1995 trade unions founded the Kharkiv region Kharkiv Social and Economic Institute.
