Municipal Management Academy

Tavriya National University Vernadsky - a leading higher educational and scientific institution Crimea, founded in 1918, is among the top ten universities in Ukraine. At the time of the annexation of the Crimean peninsula TNU Vernadsky was a state university IV level of accreditation. The University had 16 faculties to train students in 41 area. The total number of students was 15 000 people with full-time and distance learning. The university worked 2,244 employees, including 919 teachers, including 112 doctors, professors, 485 PhDs, associate professors, senior lecturers and assistants. Among them - a Hero of Ukraine, 39 academicians of various academies profile and of four State Prize of Ukraine, 36 Honored Workers of Science and Education of Ukraine, 53 Honored Worker of Education of the ARC. The name of our university the names of prominent public figures, scientists and teachers who became the pride of Ukraine. This Academician VI Vernadsky, AF Ioffe, OH. A. Baikov, Nobel laureates IE Tamm and IM Frank, three times Hero of Socialist Labor IV Kurchatov and KI Shcholkine and many other equally famous names who gave the world our alma mater. Each year, more than 100 staff and students of the University held scientific and educational training abroad.
