Founded in the year 1994 License of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine АE № 527275 dated 01.10.14 Kyiv International University is a higher educational institution of the IV accreditation level founded in 1994. Till 2002 its name was International Institute of Linguistics and Law. President of Kyiv International University – Candidate of Sciences (Philology), Professor Khachatur V. Khachaturyan.
