About the university
Kharkiv National University of Construction and Architecture - state university IV level of accreditation under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine is contained in Kharkiv. In 1930 on the basis of building faculty of the Kharkov Institute of Technology and the Faculty of Architecture of the Kharkov Art Institute created the Kharkov Civil Engineering Institute. In 1994 the institute became a university. In 2010, the university passed 80 years. In 2011, Presidential Decree Ukraine University granted national status.
