Biomedical informatics is emerging science and is a key area under development by the Taiwanese government. The department focuses on using information technology to organize, store, analyze, manage, and apply biological and medical information to improve health care and the quality of life for the general public. - Photocopy of diploma (in English or Chinese). Must show the degree you have obtained in the previous university/institution.

- Official score report of an English proficiency test, such as TOEFL/TOEIC/IELTS/Cambridge ESOL/GEPT/CSEPT

- Statement of purpose (Study Plan)
- Passport-size photos (taken within the last six months and against a white background)
- Financial statement with at least US$ 4,000
- Photocopy of transcript (in English or Chinese). Each transcript must provide a year-by-year listing of all courses.
