The Suptem - BMHS Group has understood this and has chosen, since its inception in 2001, an active formation that promotes a sense of responsibility and openness to the contemporary world. Companies expect not only young graduates who are well trained in theory, experienced in the use of technical methods and know-how, but also know how to evolve effectively and appropriately in professional environments thanks to their relational skills and their ability to to position yourself. In response to these expectations, the importance given to the personal development of students is reflected in all the programs of Groupe Suptem. Suptem encourages students to flourish, to re-invent, and to reveal their talents. Through the richness of the associative life, by its proximity with the companies, Suptem gives everyone the opportunity to join his ambitions. The different programs of Suptem are through multiple channels inserted in the business world. As the reality of the company is not limited to a disciplinary vision, the pedagogy implemented within each program focuses on the relationships and complementarities between the different approaches of the company. Moreover, some work (corporate games, field studies, ...) are organized in order to put the students in a real situation. Throughout the curriculum, the students of Suuille experience the company through a comprehensive and progressive program of internships in Morocco and abroad for a better professional insertion.
