Choosing this specialty the students learn how to manage social capital in a modern organization. It is true that people; their knowledge, skills, attitudes and predispositions are the greatest value in each organization. In addition, succession on the market depends, among others, on efficient human resource management. During education, the student will learn the most important areas resulting from cooperation in a team and managing it. Organizational culture and team cooperation when creating a company's personnel strategy are the basic areas that a person managing social capital must know. Moreover, social potential management techniques, recruitment and selection of employees, as well as motivating employees along with planning their careers in the present time pose a great challenge for future managers responsible for the organization's human resources. Lecturers in this specialty are perfectly familiar with the problems of managers who are responsible for the proper functioning of HR departments. They can indicate areas of conflicts among employees and ways to resolve them correctly. Finally, the student choosing this specialty will gain skills in the field of social communication and how to have an impact on the positive image of the employer; using for this purpose, among others, appropriate employee training and performing public relations tasks addressed to employees of the organization.
