Henan Vocational College of Nursing

Henan Vocational College of Nursing, established in 1951, is located in Anyang, a city of Henan Province in Central China, with a long history and splendid culture. The college is the only medical college which is mainly in professional nursing education and also in medical technology and pharmacology education in Henan Province. It is also the President unit of Henan Vocational Health Education Group. Presently, Henan Nursing Vocational College is covering an area of more than 250000 square kilometers, has a library with a collection of 190000, 8 training centers, 68 laboratories. The wore force now is 245, including 55 teachers with senior professional titles; 25 core teacher academic leaders and experts with the special government allowance of the State Council; 58 teachers with Dr’s and Master’s degree; 77 Double Qualified Teachers. It comprises “five schools and five departments”: the School of Nursing, the School of Stomatology, the School of Pharmaceutical Analysis, the School of Pharmacy, the School of Rehabilitation, the Department of Basic Science, the Department of Public Subjects, the Department of Social Science, the Department of Future Training, and the Department of Secondary Vocational Education. Now there are more than 4000 students in different majors such as Nursing, Midwifery, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmacy, Stomatology, Medical, Oral repair technology and so on.
