The PhD program in fiscal policy and finance provides a high level of understanding in financial policy, financial tools, interaction of investment and the impact of financial policy. As an integral part of the program, students carry out independent research that includes formal methods and use of tools that can applied in a modern economy. The result is more profound knowledge acquisition. These activities provides researchers the oportunity to strengthen their economic knowledge and demonstrate their skills by using modern methods and tools of modern economics. The PhD program offers the opportunity to conduct high level research in the field of economics, fiscal policy and finance. Research activity begins early in the program with the goal of being able to submit articles for publication in prestigious scientific journals, and to share results in science conferences and symposia.
