The Foundation of Art and Design course in the AAS College has five principal aims: • To provide opportunities for the students to enhance their experience and understanding of all areas of art and design • To introduce students methods to expand their creativity and teach them lateral and creative thinking • To introduce students to their chosen area of study and its specialist methods and demands • To enable students to reach the standards of written and spoken English required in undertaking a degree course franchised by a British University • To familiarize students with the city of Thessaloniki and the Greek culture and civilization through site and museum visits Admissions Requirements Entry to the Programme will require: • High School Diploma and transcript • Evidence of English language proficiency • AAS Application form completed • Passport How to apply You should apply direct to the AAS College, via internet at: admissions@aas.gr March’s intake Application Deadline: 30th January 2021 Induction Start Date: 25th February 2021 Classes Start Date: 1st March 2021 June’s intake Application Deadline: 10th May 2021 Induction Start Date: 7th June 2021 Classes Start Date: 14th June 2021 September’s intake Application Deadline: 30th June 2021 Induction Start Date: 20th September 2021 Classes Start Date: 27th September 2021 Initial Tuition Fees: 5,500.00€/year Partial Scholarship: 1,000.00€ Final Tuition Fee: 4,500.00€/year British Award: Advance Certificate Award Body: Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA)
