For the greatest part, understanding leadership hinges first on understanding its most important element – human psychology. The Fellow Programme in Psychology provides fellows with a base of existing theories in psychology, as well as the research domain to bring new dimensions into situations and circumstances that have an impact on leadership behaviour. The Fellow Programme in Psychology is structured around the understanding of evidence-based practices and research around the study of human behaviour. In this programme, behavioural experts, organizational leaders and professional psychologists conduct research around multiple specializations of psychology, including Performance Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Sports Psychology, Military Psychology, Educational Psychology, Health Psychology, Social Psychology and Forensic Psychology.
