The Fellow Programme in Training and Development focuses on excellence in training with a base to build a comprehensive and actionable understanding of training needs that today’s organizations face through detailed research into how individuals function within organizations. Fellows in this programme comprehensively research into both existing training deployments across organizations and industries, and the efficiencies brought in by these deployments. The objective of such research is to enable fellows to understand the needs of organizations right down to their operational nuts and bolts, and to define and design training methodologies that are optimally suited to deliver on such needs that organizations may have. This programme is structured to facilitate fellows to enhance their leadership knowledge and skills in the field of training and performance improvement Eligibility: * Masters Degree or equivalent across any stream, * At least 10 years of work experience or valid NET/SET/JRE/GATE/NSL RAT scores How to Apply: Send an email to info@nsl.ac.in for the application form while attaching scanned copies of the Required Documentation.
