The Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Environmental Engineering is one of the oldest faculties of the University of Zielona Góra. Since 1968 it has offered education in Civil Engineering. In 1977, the programme of study in Environmental Engineering was introduced. The third major – Architecture, was established in 2008. The Faculty is formed of two institutes: the Institute of Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering and the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning. The Faculty’s educational offer also includes Landscape Architecture (I and II cycle) and, starting from the academic year 2016/2017, Communal Power Engineering – (I cycle). The Faculty provides I, II and III-cycle (Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering) and I, II-cycle education (Architecture, Urban Planning). The WBAIŚ Faculty is located on Campus A in a modern and excellently equipped University building opened in 2007. Students study in comfortable rooms, computer or experiment laboratories, all very well equipped with modern appliances and software.
