This program offers an in-depth study in all fields of Economic Law, such as corporate governance, labor management, mergers and acquisitions, etc. Therefore, learners can acquire good legal knowledge to apply to consultative activities, as well as develop legal risk management strategies for corporations. In addition, our program also prepares learners for a career in law through independent working and critical thinking training courses.
