The Royal Agricultural University (RAU) has been at the forefront of agricultural education and a key contributor to the land-based sector for 175 years. Today, the RAU has more than 1,200 students studying agriculture, animal science, business, environment, equine science, farm management, food, real estate and rural land management. International students friendly

International students applying for undergraduate programs are expected to have completed secondary education equivalent to A-levels or have undertaken an International Foundation Program. Students applying for a postgraduate taught program are expected to hold a min. of a good second class honours degree. IELTS(Academic) min. overall 6.0 for undergraduate study and IELTS min. overall 6.5 for postgraduate taught study with no element below 5.5. Please contact admissions@rau.ac.uk

Accommodation

We have a mixture of catered and self-catered accommodation with the half board option as standard, however you have the opportunity to upgrade to a fully catered package. The bedrooms are a mixture of standard rooms with shared bathroom facilities, en-suite rooms and twins, and we offer quiet bedrooms for students who prefer a more tranquil environment.
