Admission Requirements The following are eligible to apply to the 2nd cycle of studies leading to the degree of Master a) Holders of a bachelor's degree, master's degree, or legal equivalent, preferably in the area of Health Sciences, and secondarily in Biochemistry, Chemistry and Nutrition Sciences and related areas; b) Holders of a foreign higher academic degree that is recognized as meeting the objectives of a licenciado degree by the statutorily competent scientific body; c) Holders of an academic, scientific or professional curriculum, even if it is outside the areas of health, that is recognized as attesting the capacity to carry out this cycle of studies by the statutorily competent scientific body, subject to an interview. Seriation Criteria - 50% classification of the previous qualification - 25% CV - 25% Motivation/Application justification Applicants holding a bachelor's degree without a prior qualification will apply the following criteria - 75% CV - 25% Motivation/Application justification Applicants with no previous qualifications, the following criteria apply - 50% CV - 25% Motivation/Application justification - 25% Interview Graduation Requirements To have completed a total of 120 ECTS Objectives The essential objective of the master's degree course in Health Products and Food Supplements of the Universidade Lusófona de Lisboa is to train competent, innovation-oriented specialists, able to develop, commercialize and advise "non-medicament" health promotion products (cosmetics, medical devices, products of natural origin, food supplements and other foodstuffs intended for specific purposes). To develop research initiation activities in the area, which will enable them to continue their studies and/or explore academic paths of lifelong learning. Recipients The master's degree course in Health Products and Food Supplements is especially addressed to professionals from the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, human nutrition and food sectors, including the sector of food supplements, medical devices and natural products, interested in acquiring a solid formation in these fields for personal and professional development. It is also aimed at graduates from various areas of higher education, particularly health sciences, but also economics, marketing, among others, who wish to complement their training with innovative instruments of active knowledge.
