The School of Culinary Arts cultivates creative and talented students, equipped with the knowledge and skills to both make delicious cuisine and design their own lives through food. We help students to develop and commercialize their own brands by understanding and utilizing each food’s different characteristics, including tastes, flavors, ingredients, and nutrition. The school offers five majors, including cooking, café & bakery, food & nutrition, food content, and farm-food-business. Cooking, café & bakery, and food & nutrition majors are available at many other colleges.
