A degree in Food, Nutrition, and Beverage Studies is an excellent choice for the student who wants to gain an understanding of the impact of nutrition on human health, develop communication skills and provide high quality service. The nutrition and dietetics student will gain knowledge of service learning, biology including microbiology, physiology, public health and basic chemistry, and food economics and hygiene.
